These are the Terms & Conditions governing Shipping and Returns Policies:
Items ship from different Warehouses all over USA, most times directly from he manufacture's or distributor's Warehouse.
Continental U.S. Ground orders placed before 10:00 am PST Monday through Friday will usually ship same day
The shipping charges are for orders shipped inside the continental USA, for orders shipped to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and some in Canada, any other international destination please email Sales@Shilakil.com for a quote and shipping availability.
Orders will be shipped using UPS, FedEx or USPS depending on the item and your location
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or other international destinations may take 3-5 business days to process. There may be some extra brokerage or Customs and duties charges.
Ship out times are estimated and not guaranteed
My return Policy is very simple:
Returns allowed within 30 days.
All returns must have a RAN (Return Authorization Number) no exceptions, if the package doesn't have a RAN it will NOT be accepted by the warehouse, the shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Non-Damaged / Non-Defective Returns:
Buyer pays return shipping cost for buyer's remorse.
20% re-stocking fee applies.
Damaged or Defective items or errors:
I pay the charges to return the item
Damage, error or defect MUST be reported within 30 days, no exceptions.
Send an email to CustomerService@Shilakil.com and you will be advised on next steps.
Refund or exchange, buyer's choice
Note: Items ship from different warehouses so is important to obtain a RAN (Return Authorization Number) before returning anything to receive instructions and the correct warehouse address to send back the package!
